Location: 1821 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 400, Santa Monica, CA 90403
Schedule: In-person, 5 days per week, approximately 35 hours per week with some scheduling flexibility

Position Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Therapist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, LMSW) to provide individual therapy to a diverse outpatient population. This role is fully in-person at our Santa Monica location and offers a somewhat flexible schedule within the 35-hour work week.

You will work alongside psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other therapists to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy services to patients across various mental health needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with Cura’s clinical team to ensure integrated care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in our EHR system.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations.
• Support Cura’s culture and mission in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Active California license as LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or LMSW.
• Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
• Experience in outpatient mental health preferred.
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous professional development.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working in a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
