Pay Range: $64,000 – $101,000 annually (based on license type, caseload, and incentives)

About Us
Arrowhead Behavioral Health is a private, outpatient mental health practice in Fowlerville, MI. We currently have three clinicians providing therapy for adults, children, and adolescents. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated mental health counselor / therapist / social worker to join our supportive team.

This is a W-2 position offering flexible hours, a steady flow of referrals, and opportunities for professional growth.

Position Details
We are hiring for:

• Part-time Therapist: Minimum 15 scheduled sessions per week
• Full-time Therapist: 28–32 scheduled sessions per week

Compensation

• LLMSW: $64,000 – $89,000/year
• LMSW: $80,000 – $101,000/year

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field (Required)
• Active Michigan license: LLMSW, LMSW, or LPC (Limited or Full License)
• Comfortable providing a minimum of 15 client sessions/week
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Evening or weekend availability is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling to children, teens, and adults
• Apply evidence-based therapy modalities for outpatient care
• Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation
• Collaborate with clients to create and follow treatment plans
• Uphold ethical and professional standards at all times

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday, choose your own hours
• Optional evening/weekend sessions
• In-person at our Fowlerville, MI office, with some telehealth flexibility

Location Requirements

• Must live in or be willing to relocate to Fowlerville, MI (48836) before start date
• Reliable commute required
