Pay: $22-$25 per hour

Schedule: Monday and Wednesday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Tuesday and Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:30PM

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a liaison between the dentist and the patient
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits prior to appointments
• Process payments, handle collections, and post charges accurately
• Maintain patient records and update information in Dentrix
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and operations?

What You Need to Have:

• Previous dental, medical, or front desk reception experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling systems
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills
• Reliability and punctuality
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience with dental insurance verification and billing
• Knowledge of EHR or dental practice management software
