Job Summary:
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to manage service operations, coordinate schedules, handle client communications, and ensure seamless, high-quality delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, and prioritize incoming service requests from clients or internal teams
- Schedule and dispatch service personnel—technicians or appropriate staff—based on availability and client needs
- Maintain real-time scheduling records, update systems, and ensure accurate documentation of service
- Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve concerns
- Collaborate with service teams and internal departments (e.g., sales, operations) to ensure cohesive service delivery
- Handle client complaints or issues gracefully and escalate when necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
