Salary: $66950 - $77147, commensurate with education and experience.

Essential functions and responsibilities of a BCBA include, but are not limited to:

  • Consultation
  • Training
  • Direct assessment and support planning
  • Supervision
  • Documentation

Our ideal candidate:

  • Master's degree from a behaviorally-based, accredited college/university in education, psychology or other related field; Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or credentialed or enrollment in a graduate program leading to a BCBA.
  • Experience in the direct delivery of behavior analytic services to students with emotional and behavioral disorders.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis;
  • Prior experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans.
  • Willingness to travel in school district settings.
  • Valid driver's license must be maintained.
  • Servant Leader with exceptional customer service skills and accountability.
