Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling to clients with a focus on child and family counseling, mental health counseling, and working with people with developmental disabilities.
- Conduct crisis intervention and provide support during emergency situations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Utilize psychopharmacology knowledge to assess and monitor medication needs of clients.
- Engage in case management activities to ensure continuity of care for clients.
- Provide Christian counseling services for clients seeking faith-based support.
- Conduct addiction counseling sessions and assist clients in their journey towards recovery.
- Participate in clinical research projects to contribute to the advancement of the field.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions to address various mental health concerns.

Requirements:
- Must possess a valid license as a Clinical Social Worker.
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
- Experience in child and family counseling, mental health counseling, and working with people with developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
- Familiarity with psychopharmacology principles and ability to assess medication needs of clients.
- Strong case management skills to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Ability to provide Christian counseling services for individuals seeking faith-based support.
- Knowledge of addiction counseling techniques and experience working with individuals in recovery.
- Familiarity with clinical research methodologies and ability to contribute to research projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
