Patient Care Coordinator – Full-Time
Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:45am-5pm and Friday 7:45am-1pm (No weekends)

We’re looking for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) who is professional, compassionate, and eager to help create a positive and seamless experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

About the Role
The Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, from warmly greeting patients to managing schedules and treatment plans. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
• Schedule and confirm appointments to maximize efficiency and patient convenience.
• Communicate treatment plans clearly and answer patient questions.
• Collect co-pays/payments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charts, ensuring completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to prepare for patient care.
• Handle reminder calls, text communications, and follow-ups.
• Manage patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain front office inventory and organization.
• Support team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental office experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person!
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented.
• HIPAA compliance knowledge.
