Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavioral interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients. The BCBA will work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective patient care.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles tailored to each client's unique requirements.
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide training and support in implementing strategies at home or in community settings.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records, intake forms, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members working with clients to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
  • Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health, special education, and medical terminology.

Experience

  • A minimum of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.
  • Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities is essential.
  • Proficiency in data collection methods and experience using them for patient assessment is required.
  • Familiarity with medical documentation practices, including understanding medical terminology and maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Previous experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
