Gravity Psychology is a growing, patient-centered mental health practice in beautiful Estero, FL, dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals, couples, and families. We are seeking a warm, skilled, and motivated Licensed Therapist to join our collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

· Provide individual, couple, or group psychotherapy.

· Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results (if applicable/optional).

· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support patient care.

Qualifications:

· Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work, or related field from accredited program.

· Current Florida licensure.

· Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and professionalism.

· Commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care.

· Experience with diverse populations and a variety of evidenced-based therapeutic approaches preferred.
