The LPN provides each resident with routine nursing care in accordance with resident's assessment and care plans. They will perform restorative/rehabilitative procedures as requested. They will distribute medications according to residents care plans. They should look for opportunities to improve the resident's quality of life and share ideas with leadership for improvement.
