Position: College Admissions Counselor

Location: Austin (Northwest 78750, Westlake 78746)

Positions are available for the following area:

• College Admissions Counseling
• College Admissions Application Coaching
• College Admissions Essay Editing

Responsibilities:

• Provide college admissions counseling to HS seniors and their parents.
• Guide students through their college applications and essays using our curricula.
• Manage progress for a caseload of up to 10 students and articulate progress to parents and Director.
• Collaborate with other members of the college admissions team to help students gain admission to their top choice colleges.
• Attend periodic meetings for professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Graduate degree from a top tier national university required.
• Prior admissions counseling or admissions experience preferred.
• Strong writing skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills required.
• Passion for working with teenagers and their families.
• Graduate students welcome!
• Must follow through services until end of application season (Dec).
