We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, warmth, and a collaborative spirit to support clients in their healing journeys. This role involves psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and close coordination with therapists, case managers, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and ongoing evaluations for clients enrolled in our PHP/IOP programs
- Provide medication management, education, and support to clients and families
- Collaborate with clinical and medical teams to support individualized treatment planning
- Support transitions of care with attention to continuity and safety
- Maintain timely documentation in compliance with clinical and legal standards
- Contribute to a culture of dignity, transparency, and depth-informed care
Qualifications:
- REQUIRED - Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- REQUIRED - At least 1 year of experience
- Active and unrestricted license in Massachusetts
- Suboxone waiver (preferred, but not required)
- Experience in outpatient mental health and/or SUD treatment settings
- Strong understanding of co-occurring disorders and trauma-informed care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity or interest in integrative, holistic, or depth-oriented approaches is a plus
