About Job
At Transformative Justice, we believe that healing isn’t just a clinical process—it’s a community commitment. Our Healthy Lifestyles Program (HLP) integrates mental health, physical wellness, and social support to help participants build sustainable, healthy futures. Many of our clients are justice-impacted, navigating complex systems, or rebuilding their lives after significant adversity.
We are seeking a Clinical Director with a doctorate in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field to lead HLP with vision, compassion, and operational savvy. This role blends strategic leadership, direct client work, and clinical supervision—perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of service delivery and program growth.

You will guide clinical direction, ensure program quality, supervise multidisciplinary staff, and collaborate with organizational leadership on program strategy, evaluation, and sustainability.

- Support case formulation, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary coordination
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure documentation meets clinical, ethical, and programmatic standards
- Monitor outcomes, fidelity to program models, and participant satisfaction
Who You Are
- Doctorate in psychology, counseling, social work, or related behavioral health discipline (PhD, PsyD, DSW, or equivalent)
- Fully licensed and in good standing in your discipline
- At least 3 years’ post-licensure experience, including clinical supervision
- Strong background in program management, preferably in community-based or justice-aligned settings
- Committed to trauma-informed, culturally humble, and client-centered practice
- Adept at balancing direct service with strategic leadership and operational responsibilities
