Job Summary
We are looking for licensed therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD) or credentialed drug and alcohol counselors (CADC, RADT, etc.) to lead creative, therapeutic groups in treatment and mental health settings. This is a contract position with part-time hours and a flexible schedule.
Ideal candidates will have experience facilitating groups in behavioral health settings and a strong background in the arts—such as improv, writing, music, or visual art.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging, creative group sessions using artistic or expressive modalities.
- Adapt group content to meet the needs of clients in recovery or mental health treatment.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and trauma-informed group environment.
- Complete clinical group documentation accurately and on time.
- Travel to and from different group locations as needed.
Qualifications
✅ Active license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD) OR certification (CADC, RADT, or equivalent)
✅ 1+ year experience facilitating therapeutic groups in a clinical or treatment setting
✅ Strong background in creative arts (e.g., theater, writing, music, visual art, etc.)
✅ Comfortable with basic clinical documentation
✅ Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
✅ Able to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
