Our approach blends traditional psychotherapeutic practices with integrative, mind-body modalities. Position Summary:

We are seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) to join our team of dedicated clinicians. This role is ideal for therapists who are passionate about integrative and holistic mental health care and who enjoy working within a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Provide individual, couple, or family psychotherapy services.

● Maintain a consistent caseload with regular, ongoing clients.

● Complete, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and

organizational standards

● Participate in clinical team meetings and peer consultation groups.

● Collaborate with other providers when needed to support holistic client care.

● Optionally supervise associates or practicum students (if qualified).

Qualifications:

● Active license in California as an LMFT or Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)

● Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred

● Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions

● Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and inclusive care

● Interest in or experience with integrative practices (e.g., mindfulness, somatic, expressive

arts, psychospiritual work)

Preferred (Not Required):

● Supervision-eligible (for LMFTs: CAMFT-certified supervisor or willing to become one).

● Experience with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and/or neurodivergent communities.

● Bilingual or multilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.

● Comfortable working in a hybrid or fully in-person capacity.
