Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Salary: $37.00 – $45.00/hour (DOE) + Benefits

Requirements to Apply

• Master’s degree in Social Work and active LCSW license in California
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with underserved, unhoused, or addicted adults
• Experience in community mental health or primary care strongly preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred
• Serve with purpose in a role that changes lives.
• Part-time behavioral health position providing compassionate care to individuals experiencing homelessness and complex psychosocial challenges in the heart of Los Angeles’ Skid Row community.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team at our Los Angeles Skid Row clinic. The LCSW provides direct mental health services, including screenings, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for patients with co-occurring medical, mental health, and substance use issues. Working alongside a medical provider, dentist, and psychiatric nurse practitioner, you’ll address the needs of one of the city’s most underserved populations. The ideal candidate is compassionate, skilled in trauma-informed care, and committed to upholding dignity, empathy, and a Christ-like approach in all interactions.

This position works Thursdays and Fridays from 12 PM to approximately 8 PM, and Sundays from 8 AM to 5 PM (or 8 AM to 12 PM, if preferred).
