MENTORING AND BEHAVIORAL SERVICES is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children—to assess their behavioral needs and create effective, individualized treatment plans. Your expertise in behavioral therapy and patient assessment will be essential in promoting meaningful, positive change and improving the quality of life for those we serve. Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate behavioral challenges and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic evaluations.
  • Utilize data collection methods to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to care.
  • Train and supervise staff in implementing behavior intervention plans effectively.
  • Advocate for individuals with disabilities, ensuring their rights and needs are met within the community.

Qualifications

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
  • Experience working with children and individuals with disabilities preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and evidence-based practices.
  • Proficiency in medical records management and documentation standards.
  • Excellent skills in patient assessment, data collection, and analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and colleagues.

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
