We are seeking an experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. In this role, you will lead with clinical excellence, collaborate with a supportive team, and focus on delivering high-quality care without being overburdened by administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments and create data-driven treatment plans.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
- Deliver parent training and ensure clinical standards are consistently met.
- Maintain a caseload averaging 30 billable hours per week.
- Collaborate within a pod-based model to enhance peer support and clinical consistency.
- Contribute to staff training, quality assurance, and curriculum development initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Experience supporting individuals with autism and developmental needs.
- Proficiency with technology, including tablets, electronic data collection, and scheduling software.
- Ability to meet health and background screening requirements (e.g., TB test, immunizations, background check).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual skills (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
