Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician
Location: Madison, WI Clinic (Including client homes and community settings)
Starting Hourly Rate: $17.00 – $23.00 (Depending on experience and RBT certification)
Becoming RBT certified will boost your hourly wage by $1.50!

Who We Are:
KGH Autism Services is a clinician-owned organization that provides specialized services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). We deliver therapy, assessments, and treatment in a collaborative, compassionate environment, dedicated to improving the quality of life for children and families.
What You’ll Do:
  • As a Behavior Technician (RBT), you will:
  • Implement ABA therapy to help children improve behavior and develop new skills.
  • Work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a supportive team of experts.
  • Track progress, adjust treatment plans, and provide ongoing support.
  • Communicate with families to ensure effective, personalized therapy for each child.

What You Need to Get Started:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • A bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • A passion for working with children and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
  • Previous experience with children or in customer service is a plus, but not required.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to work in various environments (homes, schools, community settings).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to assist with activities and equipment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and settings.
