Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services offered.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of the clinic's resources.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage documentation in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication regarding patient needs and care.
• Handle billing inquiries and insurance verification processes to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Support the office team with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
• Foster a welcoming environment for patients by providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical administrative support role is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
