Position Summary:We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role is designed to provide a pathway to a future Associate Clinical Director position. You will receive comprehensive training in both clinical and operational aspects of the business, engaging hands-on, in multiple departments, to build effective structures and processes.
Initially, you will play a crucial role in developing and supervising client programs using 2-tiered and 3-tiered supervision models. As you build a caseload sufficient to support three supervisors, your responsibilities will expand, and you will potentially transition into the Associate Clinical Director role, overseeing all clinical operations.
Current position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, functional behavior assessments, 2-tiered supervision, parent training, on-boarding new hires and creation of on-boarding trainings, progress reports and additional administrative tasks.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
