Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near East Hanover, New Jersey, for a full-time school-based role! Let’s make a meaningful impact on every child’s journey!

Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatric)

Excellent Compensation
Exclusive school placement (no travel required)
Hours: 8:00am-3:00pm M-F
Pay: $60-$65

Key Responsibilities:

Assessment and Intervention: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
Data Monitoring and Adjustment: Collect and analyze data to monitor intervention effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
Design and implement individualized behavior programs for students with a range of needs including autism, anxiety, school avoidance, and trauma backgrounds—emphasizing compassionate, trauma-informed care.
Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistency across environments, provide parent education, and support integration of behavioral strategies into the therapeutic school setting.
Lead staff training and professional development, particularly in executive functioning, behavioral supports, and trauma-sensitive strategies.

Requirements:

NJ BCBA license
1-2 years experience working in a school setting
