About Job

Join Our Mission-Driven Team as an ABA Clinical Associate

In-Person | New Jersey & Pennsylvania | Part-Time to Full-Time

At Brett DiNovi & Associates, we’re proud of:

Training 1,200+ clinicians

Serving 350+ schools in 10 states

Being a Family & BCBA-owned company— and not Private Equity backed

Or profit sharing model. OBM coaching. CEUs for free.

We’re currently hiring Clinical Associates (ABA Technicians) to join our expanding team in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Whether you’re new to ABA or already experienced, we provide training, support, and opportunities to grow into a long-term career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Implement behavior plans in a school setting (your full time role when available)
  • Provide at least 2 in-home sessions or community settings per week (after 3 PM) — this is required
  • Assist with functional behavior assessments under BCBA supervision.
  • Use evidence-based ABA teaching strategies to promote skill development.
  • Support clients with life skills, vocational goals, and community-based instruction.
  • Collaborate with senior BCBAs and receive continuous mentoring and feedback.
  • Be flexible with travel during your initial placement period.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in ABA or human services is preferred (but not required).
  • RBT certification is a plus — if not certified, we can help you get there.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license or state ID and reliable transportation (required)
  • Must be capable of manual labor, including but not limited to:
  • Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally
  • Up to 20 lbs. of force frequently
  • Up to 10 lbs. of force constantly
  • Activities such as pushing, kneeling, bending, balancing, crawling, crouching, finger dexterity, climbing, and reaching

What We’re Not Looking For:

Our team culture is strong, and we protect it by being clear about who won’t thrive here:

  • Corner-cutters – If you're okay compromising quality just to meet quotas or save time, this isn’t the right fit. We take clinical integrity seriously.
  • Clock-punchers – If you’re only here for a paycheck and not interested in making a lasting impact, this role won’t be fulfilling for you.
  • Short-term seekers – We’re looking for people who want to grow with us, not just pass through.
  • Remote-only mindsets – While remote work has its place, this role thrives on in-person collaboration and real-time support.
  • “That’s not my job” attitude – We’re a team that pitches in, shares knowledge, and adapts when needed.
  • Rule-benders – We stick to ethical billing and service practices. No exceptions.

Compensation & Benefits (For Full Time Employee)

  • Hourly wage: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on education and experience (Averaging $54,300) THIS IS A PLACEHOLDER UNTIL WE GET THE REAL NUMBER
  • Performance- based bonus pay
  • When the agency does well, so do you! Additional bonuses based on productivity
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid time off (PTO) and paid sick time off
  • Major medical, dental, and vision insurance — employer contribution well above industry standard
  • Short-term disability coverage
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer match
  • Summer savings program with employer match
  • Tuition discounts through partnerships with participating colleges
  • Free Type 2 CEUs
  • Mentoring, coaching, and supervision at no cost to employee
  • Excellent opportunities for advancement

  • Standard school hours (Monday–Friday, between 8 AM-3 PM)
  • In-home sessions are scheduled after 3 PM
  • Some scheduling flexibility required during training period
