Our agency is looking for a BCBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst in Minnesota) to join our team as an employee. This position focuses on providing clinical expertise and guidance in accordance with Minnesota EIDBI guidelines. We prefer candidates based in Minnesota but are open to applicants from other locations who meet licensure requirements.

Job Summary
The BCBA will develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans, ensuring all services meet EIDBI and evidence-based practice standards. This role emphasizes direct clinical work, collaboration, and staff support, with minimal administrative duties. The ideal candidate has strong clinical judgment, values teamwork, and is passionate about delivering person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Services & Support

  • Provide expert input on individualized treatment plans following MN EIDBI requirements.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and functional behavioral evaluations.
  • Support interventionists, RBTs, and therapy staff in implementing treatment strategies.
  • Review data, monitor progress, and adjust treatment recommendations as needed.

Staff Training & Mentorship

  • Provide supervision and training to RBTs and intervention staff.
  • Support professional growth through feedback and coaching.
  • Ensure treatment fidelity and adherence to EIDBI standards.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Active BCBA certification and Minnesota LBA license (or eligibility).
  • At least 1 year of ABA experience with individuals and families.
  • Strong understanding of EIDBI guidelines and person-centered practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Part-time or Full-time Employee.
  • Schedule: Flexible, based on mutual agreement.
  • Compensation: $60–$70/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Work Location: Remote with possible in-person services as needed.
