About Job

About The Job

The firm is seeking a BCBA for one of our three locations and an opportunity to be a part of a visionary and growing company in Colorado Springs, CO.The firm practices trauma informed-care. We are committed to ethical, child-focused, clinical care. The firm's clinical programs are individualized to each family. Therapy takes place in one of our centers or as a combination of in home, in center, and within the community. All sessions occur Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, leaving the evenings and weekends open to ensure a healthy work/life balance. We take a whole person approach to ABA so each child's programs include components of physical wellness, self-care, mindfulness, care of living space, as well as individualized programs for cognitive and language development. BCBAs benefit from a collaborative clinical setting and a basic structure for sessions while practicing their own style of therapy within the broad guidelines.Clinical Approach

The firm considers every individual valuable that has the right to self-determination. Our focus is on providing functional skills that help our students live the life they wish to live.

We encourage autonomy and honor the student's agency over their own body and life. We do not practice force compliance.

We focus on de-escalation. Unless there is a serious safety issue, we gain the student's permission for physical contact.

We recognize the student does not live a life alone but a life in a family and a community.

We practice Trauma Informed Care, a practice that prioritizes safety, collaboration, trust, empowerment, and choice.

We utilize only evidence-based treatments and work diligently to implement new strategies when research has shown them to be effective.
