About Job

Private mental health practice in Gwinnett County seeking a fully licensed professional Counselor (LPC). Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, a great team player, client-focused, possess great time management skills, and oriented to details. Must be able to work within a team environment and practice independently as required. Must have an active and unrestricted license of LPC in the state of Georgia to apply.

Up to $104,000 annually
3-5 years of clinical experience
Must have an active and unrestricted license of LPC in the state of Georgia
The position is contract-based (W-9)
All sessions will be conducted in-office

Candidates must meet the following criteria;
Experienced with developing Behavioral Health Assessments, Treatment Plans, and Verified Diagnosis
Possess effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Great interpersonal skills, empathy, and compassion for clients
Experience with working with children, preteens, teens, and adults

Additional criteria;
-Must carry professional liability insurance of 1,000,000/3,000,000
-CAQH number
-NPI number
-Teletherapy/Virtual Therapy certification
-First Aid/CPR certification
-Valid Driver's License
-MUST BE ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY PASS A BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREENING

Highly qualified applicants will meet the following;

Bilingual (Spanish and English speaking)

Active CPCS certification in Georgia

Active NCC Certification

Credentialed with Medicaid CMOs (Amerigroup, Peachstate, CareSource, Ambetter), Aetna, and BCBS

CBT Experience
