This individual interacts with residents and staff at the facility. Assists with admissions and discharge planning. Also required to do initial and quarterly assessments and care plans. Must have a two year degree in a human services field and two years experience or a Bachelor's degree. Reports to the Administrator and works closely with the interdisciplinary team. This is a full-time position with available benefits. Hourly starting pay is based upon experience.
