Choices Therapy Services is a growing community based agency who is looking for an independent, motivated and down to earth mental health therapist to add to our clinical team.

There is currently a full time position open for our Des Moines and Indianola offices. Will hire part time for the right candidate.

This clinician will provide biopsychosocial evaluations and treatment for in office, school based, and jail based services.

Education and Experience:

A master’s degree in mental health or social work is required. Individuals must have a license in the State of Iowa to practice mental health therapy. Prefer fully licensed therapist.

Job Responsibilities:

· Mental health assessments

· Individual, family, couples, group, telehealth therapy

· Complete all required paperwork within deadlines

· Maintain case records and reports

· Collaboration with referral sources

· Network and market with community and referral sources

· Assist with staff trainings

· Abide by HIPPA expectations and rules

· Present new ideas for agency services and community needs

Telehealth

Standards of Performance:

· Identify and practice therapy within a theory of orientation

· Maintain all licensure and continuing education and submit all CEU and updated

license information

· Maintain ethical standards identified in ACA code of ethics

Ability to utilize telehealth platforms to provide therapy services
