IHCS is seeking experienced Licensed Social Worker/Mental Health Counselors or Registered Mental Health/Registered Clinical Social Worker Interns, that will address complex mental health needs that contribute to persistent homelessness and addictions that create significant barriers to accessing services and supports. The Outreach Counselor will conduct needs assessments and coordinate social service needs for individuals chronically homeless.

The outputs will be improved system navigation and access to mental health support and services, crisis intervention, case management and housing for people experiencing persistent homelessness and significant barriers to accessing services and supports. as well as conducting Mental Health Evaluations, and Individual Therapy for adults. This individual should have strong communication, and writing skills.

Idea candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience conducting mental health and substance assessments. No Therapy Involved - Just conducting needs assessments and Linkage to support services.
