About Job

Community Liaison – Full Time
Seniors Helping Seniors Pittsburgh Northeast
Location: Our territory goes from North Allegheny, Cranberry, Fox Chapel, to Greensburg.
Field-Based | $22–25/hr + Commission

Job Description:
Seniors Helping Seniors Pittsburgh Northeast is seeking a full-time Community Liaison to
grow our visibility and relationships in the senior care space. If you’re outgoing, self-
motivated, and passionate about making a real difference for older adults, we want to hear
from you. You’ll be the face of our mission, connecting with professionals, organizations,
and community members to create partnerships that help seniors live fulfilling,
independent lives while aging in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend networking events and build referral relationships with social workers, discharge
planners, and leadership at targeted Key Facilities, Key Strategic Partners, Lifestyle
Communities and Field Organizations.

-Represent our brand in a warm, personable, and engaging way — going beyond surface-
level outreach to cultivate genuine trust and lasting connections.

  • Spend approximately 80% of your time in the field, with the remainder focused on remote
administrative follow-up and relationship management.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity goals, including partner meetings, new
referral sources contacted, and qualified leads generated.
  • Develop and execute creative outreach initiatives that strengthen community presence
and drive client growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure seamless handoff from prospect to
client service.

Pay and Incentives:
  • Hourly Pay: $22–25/hour based on experience.
  • Commission: Bonuses for qualified referrals, new client acquisition, and partnerships
(with targeted Key Facilities, Key Strategic Partners and Lifestyle Communities).
  • Clear performance metrics and goals to help track progress and reward success.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in community outreach, healthcare marketing, sales, or business development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships.

  • Familiarity with Pittsburgh area communities, especially North Hills, Fox Chapel, and
Westmoreland County out to Greensburg.

  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage a flexible schedule.

  • Comfortable using CRM software, email marketing tools, and basic office applications to
track outreach and follow-up.
  • Driven by both personal achievement and the desire to help others solve problems.

Why Work With Us?
Seniors Helping Seniors Pittsburgh Northeast is more than just home care; we’re a
compassionate, mission-driven community of support. We’re unique in that we match
seniors who need care with active, compassionate seniors who provide it — creating
relationships that are mutually beneficial and deeply rewarding. Here, your energy,
creativity, and connections directly improve the lives of older adults while building a
stronger community. We offer a collaborative team culture, opportunities to expand your
professional network, and the chance to see the immediate impact of your work.
