Bella Vida TMS is a fast-growing, mission-driven mental health clinic specializing in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato therapy, and psychiatric medication management. We are seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to serve as both a treating clinician and Medical Director.

This role is ideal for a psychiatrist who thrives in a collaborative, innovative environment and is passionate about expanding access to mental health care. The Medical Director will provide both direct patient care and clinical leadership, ensuring our programs meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and related conditions.
• Collaborate with TMS and Spravato teams to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR system.
• Participate in case reviews, treatment planning, and care coordination.

Medical Director Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision for nurse practitioners in compliance with Arizona Board of Nursing regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and payer regulations.
• Lead quality assurance initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
• Serve as the primary clinical liaison for regulatory bodies and partner organizations.
• Contribute to strategic planning for clinic expansion and service development.

Skills & Qualifications Required

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license and DEA registration.
• Minimum 3 years of outpatient psychiatric experience; TMS and/or Spravato experience preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and supervise other providers.
• Strong understanding of mental health compliance requirements and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions.
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $225,000.00 - $360,000.00 per year
