Mental Health Coordinator - LPC, LCSW, LMFT

CORRECTIONAL FACILITY (Must be 70 miles from the Florence, AZ)

Location: Eloy, AZ
Shift: 5x8s or 4x10s
Guaranteed Hours: 40-hour/week
Contract Duration: 8 Weeks (with possible extension)

• Weekly Gross for traveler: $2246 (Stipends: $1246)

Job Description:

• Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or a degree in a related clinical area.
• Five (5) years of clinical experience which includes two (2) years in a comparable job position required.
• Must possess appropriate LPC, LCSW, LMFT certification or licensing in the state where practice occurs.
• A valid driver's license is preferred unless required by contract or applicable statute.
• Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.

Requirements:

• Have 1+ year experience
• Hold an active, clear license (facility's state)
• Hold a compliant BLS
• Be available to start within 2 weeks
• Have no RTO or scheduling exceptions
