Position Summary: As a Behavior Technician within our Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) program, you will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the supervision of a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will support clinicians and help children and their families learn new skills and techniques through effective therapy for autism. Position Qualifications:

• Suggested 1 year experience in a therapy-related setting or enrollment in a therapy curriculum.

• Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience or training preferred.

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Flexibility and adaptability to workload changes.

• Experience in customer service and patient care preferred.

• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed expectations.
