- Providing individual, family, and group counseling to help students overcome personal and environmental challenges affecting their psychosocial well-being.
- Playing an essential role on the treatment team by assisting in the creation, execution, and assessment of treatment plans, including Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Partnering with school systems and helping families connect with appropriate community resources, while coordinating with local social service agencies as needed.
- Providing essential support to the program by handling non-therapist responsibilities, helping maintain smooth operations, and contributing to the program’s overall effectiveness and success.
- Ability to take on leadership roles as second-in-command within the school structure, stepping in as acting administration as needed in the absence of the Program Coordinator.
