You will identify and determine methods to ensure quality outcomes are achieved. You will promote patient and family centered care to achieve the hospital mission of improving the health and quality of life.

Schedule

Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Paynesville Hospital
Day shift| Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Pay and Benefits

Pay based on experience and degree

Bachelor's in Social Work starting at $63,747.33 annually
Master's in Social Work starting at $68,952 annually

Pay range: $63,747.33 - $103,438.40 annually
$3,000 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation assistance for eligible candidates!

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or in a human service field such as Sociology, Special Education, or Psychology
Current Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in Minnesota
Prior experience in Social Work - multi disciplinary preferred

To be eligible for the hiring bonus and relocation assistance, you must be an external candidate who has not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire and be hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Relocation assistance also requires that you currently live more than 50 miles from the Paynesville Hospital and move within 30 miles of it within 120 days of employment.
