Now Hiring: Founding BCBA – Help Launch Our ABA Program!

Are you a visionary, flexible, and kind Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to build something meaningful from the ground up?

We’re a thriving, well-established pediatric speech and occupational therapy practice in Apopka, Florida, and we’re expanding into ABA therapy. We’re looking for the right BCBA to lead the creation and launch of our ABA program—from credentialing to clinical systems to future team building.

This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity with flexible hours and room to grow as the program grows.

About the Role (Phased Launch)

Phase 1 – Program Development (Part-time/Hourly, 10–20 hrs/week):

Assist with credentialing (Medicaid, MCOs, and commercial payers)
Develop program materials, clinical workflows, and policies
Collaborate with our SLP/OT team to ensure integrated, client-centered care
Help with initial hiring and training of RBTs

Phase 2 – Clinical Growth (Full-time, Flexible Schedule):

Provide direct supervision and oversight of RBTs
Oversee treatment plans and progress monitoring
Coordinate care with other disciplines
Participate in ongoing growth and scaling of the ABA program

Compensation & Perks

$43–$50/hour depending on experience
