We are hiring a Counselor II for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ.

Job Description

• Manage tasks that vary in complexity based on client needs.
• Frequently interact with clients, families, human service agencies, law enforcement, employers, and service providers.
• Apply knowledge in counseling, social work, case management, and relevant legislation.
• Work is essential for helping clients achieve independence and employment, impacting on the cost efficiency and quality of services.
• Case managers make independent decisions in client interactions, with guidance on policy and funding.

• The ability to pay attention to detail is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with a team and independently.
• Computer proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams.
• Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively.
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational and multitasking skills.
• Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, AOSOS, IGX
  
  

Experience Required

• Minimum of four years of experience involving case management.
  
  

Work Hours

• 8:30 AM to 4:00PM
• Lunch period (Unpaid) 30 Minutes
  
  

Additional Information

• Dress Code: Business Casual
• location: Must be able to Travel
• Work from Satellite office work 5-days in and Rotate between offices
