About Job

Ro Health is looking for a Part-Time Certified Behavior Analyst to provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians for the school year. The BCBA may be responsible for developing individual plans to maintain or improve certain behaviors, will be responsible for monitoring the RBT's providing of services to the children they are working with, and ensuring that the RBT's are helping students effectively meet behavior goals. We are also looking for our BCBA's to have experience with functional behavioral analysis!

Responsibilities

Requirements:
  • Master’s Degree preferred or related course work
  • Previous school experience preferred
  • Willingness to assist in students learning process
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment
  • Great with kids
