We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our mobile mental health team on a part-time or PRN basis. The LPC will provide individual and group therapy services to older adults, supporting mental wellness through structured, culturally sensitive care. The ideal candidate thrives in flexible environments, enjoys working with seniors, and is skilled in trauma-informed and strengths-based practices.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct intakes, assessments, and individual therapy sessions

• Facilitate weekly group therapy sessions at designated mobile locations

• Document all clinical encounters accurately and timely using our EHR system

• Collaborate with case managers, peer support specialists, and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care

• Maintain compliance with Medicare Part B billing and documentation standards

• Participate in periodic team meetings, training, and supervision

• Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources

Requirements:

• Active LPC license in the state of Georgia

• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience (geriatric or community mental health preferred)

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various mobile clinic sites

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Experience using telehealth or EHR systems preferred

• Must pass background check and credentialing process

Schedule & Compensation:

• Flexible part-time or PRN scheduling

• $30-40hour (paid bi-weekly)

• Sessions are scheduled in advance and may occur between Monday–Friday, typically during daytime hours

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
