The desired candidate:
The desired BCBA is focused on trauma-informed approached to behavior intervention, has experience or willingness to learn interventions and approaches with a variety of disability profiles, and has experience of willingness to learn how to work with a variety of systems to promote client progress.
Essential responsibilities:
The BCBA will have a reasonable caseload that is within the recommendations outlined by the Council for Autism Service Providers (CASP). The BCBA will be responsible for treatment plan development, implementation, modeling, data analysis, and staff feedback under the direction of the Directors. The BCBA will attend team meetings to focus on compliance and generally accepted standards of care, company culture, to ask questions, and help plan training within our company and beyond.
Location: We have multiple BCBA options due to our expansion this year. We have two early intervention clinics in Niles and Canfield, Ohio. We have an alternative learning center for students age 7 and up in Poland, Ohio.
Qualifications:
- Required: Master's degree with BCBA certification and COBA certification
- Preferred: Master's degree in special education or school psychology. Experience working in schools, providing structured and planned group therapy, and providing services to children and adults that have mental health diagnosis (experience beyond autism).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
