Part-time Overnight Guide (Mental Health, Social Work, Psychology)

ROOTs Transition, located in Park City, Utah, serves adolescent females 15-18 years old who have attachment, relational and/or developmental trauma utilizing a hybrid model of outdoor reflection and residential integration. ROOTs is looking to grow our overnight staff team.

As overnight staff, you will supervise the clients and promote an emotionally and physically safe environment. Overnight staff will be responsible for overseeing the nightly routine of the clients as they go to bed. Overnight staff will also perform light housework and contribute to the needs of the community.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Experience working in residential settings (preferred, but not required)
• Willing to learn and apply new skills
• Customer service oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Willing to work weekends and holidays
• Strong work ethic
• Able to pass a background check

Wage: Starting at $20 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Type:

• 10:30 pm - 6:30 am (8 hrs)
• Weekend and Holiday shifts required
