Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Salary: $120,000–$130,000POPS Therapeutics is expanding and we’re looking for a dedicated BCBA who’s ready to make a meaningful impact. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who values collaboration, enjoys working with both families and technicians, and is excited by the idea of helping bring services to a new area.What You’ll Do:Provide direct BCBA supervision and oversightDeliver high-quality parent trainingSupport, train, and guide behavior techniciansPlay a key role in launching POPS services in a new areaHelp build connections with referral sources such as pediatricians and community partnersThis role offers the chance to grow with us as we establish our presence in a new region.
