Essential Job Functions
- Provide policy planning, when needed.
- Provide examinee testing and selection, when needed.
- Provide development and evaluation of training, when needed.
- Provide data collection. cleaning and psychometric analyses, when needed.
- Provide development of technical briefings and reports, when needed.
- Provide organizational development and analysis, when needed.
Minimum Position Requirements
- Be able to perform Junior level responsibilities but may be a student enrolled in an I/O Psychology, or psychology, ergonomic, or engineering related area, in a BS, MS, or Ph.D. program expected to graduate within two (2) years of employment, for the below tasks, and may be able to provide SME level responsibilities and duties.
