A full-time Social Worker role is available for the 2025-2026 school year, serving students from Pre-K through 8th grade at a middle school located in Ann Arbor, MI. This contract position offers an opportunity to support the social and emotional well-being of a diverse student population across early childhood to early adolescence.

Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Social Worker with either Preliminary Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) with 310 certification or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Experience working within Pre-K to 8th-grade educational settings preferred
• Ability to work independently without provided supervision
• Strong skills in counseling, crisis intervention, and collaboration with educators and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social work services to students, including individual and group counseling
• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop plans to support mental health and social development
