Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30am – 4:00pm (Full Time and Per Diem positions available)

12-Month School Calendar

Full Time Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000/Year based upon experience and credentials

Per Diem Hourly Rate: $75.00

Brookville Center for Children's Services provides comprehensive services for children 3-21 years of age with intellectual and other disabilities, traumatic brain injury, and autism. Our mission is to educate and support children of all abilities.

We seek a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to assist with the day-to-day supervision of assigned students and the overall support of classroom-wide Positive Behavior Supports, to provide staff training in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Autism Spectrum Disorders and related disabilities, and who is trained in SCIP.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide teachers with training and supervision on behavior interventions and IEP goals, including behavior support plans and data collection.
  • Analyze learning environments, troubleshoot student progress, and offer evidence-based instructional strategies.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans.
  • Deliver Behavior Intervention Services (BIS) and monitor classroom management and positive behavior supports.
  • Maintain communication with families and home-based providers for consistent behavior strategies.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and provide parent training per IEP mandates.
  • Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations, safety protocols, and organizational policies.
  • Demonstrate cultural competence and maintain BCBA certification.
  • Provide direct supervision of RBT and/or BCBA candidates.

We require:

  • M.A. or M.S. in either Psychology (TC 322) or Special Education (TC 323).
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) preferred.
  • Physical capacity: Aspects may include, but are not limited to, lifting and transferring of a child/student.
