Ellie Mental Health in Newton, MA is seeking licensed marriage and family therapists (LMFT) for a supervisory role. This is a hybrid position, not fully remote. Salary ***** $83,000 - $123,000

Responsibilities **

Supervising other marriage and family therapists.

Evaluating mental health diagnoses, developing treatment plans, and maintaining documentation.

Managing a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week for full-time therapists.

Providing excellent client service and collaborating with a team to serve the community.

Using creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.

Coordinating with other professionals and attending staff meetings and trainings.

Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field.

Massachusetts LMFT licensure.

Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.

Proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant a plus).

Ability to pass a background check and work legally in the U.S.
