Key Responsibilities

• Attend free continuing education courses to stay current on industry best practices and maintain CEUs.

Requirements

• Fully licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S) at the Master’s level or higher, in accordance with state regulations.
• Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number and current malpractice insurance.
• Ability to operate independently, manage your caseload, and provide virtual care with flexibility.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professionalism in virtual settings.
• Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the insurance credentialing process or experience working with insurance companies.
• Experience in a private practice setting, especially with insurance billing and EHR management.
• Interest in working with diverse populations, including individuals from underrepresented or underserved communities.
