Description
The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a School Based Counselor/Social Worker to join our Education program. The School Based Counselor/Social Worker partners with school staff to decrease the gap in access to mental health services. Our school-based program provides evidence-based services to emotionally impaired students in our partnering school districts along with training and education to strengthen social and emotional learning skills for students. The School-Based Counselor/Social Worker provides therapeutic services in the school, home, and community. A successful candidate will go through intensive training to learn and implement evidence-based modalities. The Buckeye Ranch team members are a part of a close-knit team that supports each other in and out of the workplace.

Schedule: Full-time, Exempt (Follows a school day schedule)
Benefit effective date: First of the month following 30 days of employment.

Who you are:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in social work, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- You preferably have an active Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT; licensed eligibility strongly encouraged for non-licensed applicants.
- You have previous work experience as a Counselor, Social Worker, Therapist, Clinician, or Mental Health Specialist.
- You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
