Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Full-Time | Lawrence, KS | 20252026 School Year

A fantastic school district located in Lawrence, KS is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the team. In this role, you will provide essential support and services to students, helping to foster academic achievement and personal growth. You will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure each student receives the appropriate care and instruction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support and services to students based on individual needs and IEP goals

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student behavioral development

  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and educational plans as needed

  • Track student progress and maintain accurate, data-driven documentation

  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional insight into student performance and behavioral needs

  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Experience working in school settings or with children/youth with behavioral challenges preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies and data collection best practices
