Blazer Jobs is actively hiring a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a school district located in Tallassee, AL.

Position Details:

• Full-time, onsite role

• Primarily 1:1 and small group behavioral support, classroom-based and itinerant services

• Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and training staff

• Caseload information will be provided during the district interview

Requirements:

• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Must meet Alabama state and district licensure and compliance requirements

• Ability to pass required background checks and clearances

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in school-based ABA services or special education settings

• Strong data collection and analysis skills

• Experience training educators and support staff on behavior strategies and interventions

• Proficient with technology related to behavior tracking and reporting
